Shipping

Shipping + Packing charge for all item will be in flat shipping rate:

Buyer should read carefully about the shipping charge regarding the item they buy.
Buyer MUST agree the shipping charge before they buy.
Request for other type of delivery (e.g. UPS, DHL, etc.) or inclusion of insurance should be made before placing the order and buyer understand that it will be at the cost of buyer.
The shipping and Packing fee covers packing and handling, warehouse, distribution cost, etc. It is not just for postage only.

Return Policy

Policy

Item(s) will be fully checked by seller to ensure it was in good condition before shipment. Just in case the item(s) is found defective or incorrect on arrival, buyer understands that it will be replaced or refunded at seller discretion.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Problems regarding item(s) on arrival should be reported within 30 days (starting from the shipping date). Refund on defective item (excluding due to misuse) will only be made after receive of return item(s).
Return of item must be made within 20 days from report of defect.
Insurance is non-refundable.
Return items MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.
We will try my best to resolve the problem to ensure buyer satisfaction.
Buyer placing order imply he/she agree with our policies and shipping and handling charges.
